Commercial Project Manager
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.

Salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year base plus commissions on all closed jobs

RESPONSIBILITES
Project Administration & Scheduling

• Lead and manage reconstruction projects from start to completion.
• Create work orders for individual projects.
• Schedule vendors and sub-contractors to ensure repairs are completed on time.
• Order materials required for project execution

Budgeting & Estimating

• Review estimates as needed.
• Align budgets with expectations by collaborating with the project estimator.

Team & Site Management

• Manage an on-site Foreman assigned to each project.
• Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality control, and training opportunities.

Communication & Reporting

• Interact and communicate frequently with customers and insurance carriers regarding project status.
• Provide weekly updates on all active projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Construction and Construction Management / Supervision
• Five years or more of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration/Construction industry

Preferred:

• Class A or B General Contractors License
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Bilingual preferred but not required
