Pay : $23/hr w2

Job Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Production Operator II to assemble and test electro-mechanical components and subassemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, precision assembly skills, and hands-on soldering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies using BOMs and documented procedures.
• Perform functional testing according to customer and engineering specifications.
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment.
• Perform soldering for component and wiring assembly.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Follow established procedures and support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with small-parts assembly and soldering .
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision equipment .
• Good manual dexterity and fine motor control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to follow strict instructions and work with basic chemicals.
