Role Description The Loan Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bedford, NH. The Loan Officer will meet with prospective borrowers, evaluate their financial profiles, and recommend appropriate loan products. Experience working with underwriting teams and familiarity with documentation and risk assessment procedures. Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship building. Ability to manage multiple loan files, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with loan origination systems and general office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets). High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance. Relevant state licensing and NMLS registration, or eligibility to obtain these credentials.
