Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an additional Bookkeeper to join our team! We are a Queen Anne/Magnolia area plumbing contractor needing an experienced bookkeeper with proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting software to work with existing staff. We are a 50 employee company. Our new bookkeeper must also be good at organizing and communicating goals to others. Good benefits and good pay. The better your skill, the better the pay.
We are searching for a talented, highly organized, and resourceful administrator to provide day-to-day clerical, and accounts receivable tasks, as well as weekly payroll. The Bookkeeper will support the CEO and all department managers with clerical assistance, in addition to keeping billings and collections running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining clear lines of communication with all those involved in the billing process. This position is responsible for all A/R activities, including tracking, collections, and billings. Skill level, experience, and willingness are as vital to our team as is creativity and a great attitude.
