Registered OR Nurse (RN) — Full-Time, Bilingual\n

The Maercks Institute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly professional Registered OR Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time, Monday–Friday, salaried basis (starting $80,000).

\n

\n

We are looking for an experienced and personable RN who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and delivering a high level of service in a professional, patient-focused environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide compassionate, attentive, and professional nursing care to patients
\n
• Assist with patient intake, assessments, education, and follow-up
\n
• Coordinate patient care before, during, and after procedures
\n
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures and monitor their well-being
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
\n
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff
\n
• Provide clear pre- and post-procedure instructions
\n
• Support the clinical team in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient environment
\n
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical, safety, and infection-control standards
\n
• Help ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up
  
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n
• Hospital Experience
\n
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
\n
• Previous clinical nursing experience required; experience in a surgical, aesthetic, plastic surgery, or private-practice setting is a plus
\n
• Fluent in English and Spanish
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\n
• Professional, polished, and compassionate bedside manner
\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
\n
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, safety, and exceptional care
  
\n
